Sylvia has worked with KPMG, the United Nations, and the Global Fund, excelling in grants management, audits, and policy development. She specializes in IPSAS, IFRS, ERP implementation, and strengthening internal controls.

Sylvia holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor’s in Finance and Banking from Masinde Muliro University, and is a CPA-K and CertIPSAS holder. Fluent in English and Swahili, with ongoing French studies, she is dedicated to driving financial integrity and operational excellence.

Philip serves as Associate Director at Hekima Infinity and Managing Partner at Philip Nico and Associates, a key strategic partner. With over 15 years of experience across East Africa, he brings deep expertise in audit, finance, and advisory having worked with NGOs, public, and private sectors, including a tenure at KPMG East Africa. Philip is passionate about empowering mission-driven organizations with sound financial strategies and is committed to professionalism, integrity, and inclusive collaboration to help clients achieve sustainable impact.

Aidah leads Finance Systems & Operations Transformation at Hekima Infinity, integrating financial expertise with digital innovation. An ACCA finalist and Data Science certified professional, she spearheads system implementations, workflow automation, and internal controls using platforms like Zoho Books and Expense. With a strong background in accounting and fraud detection, Aidah empowers teams through training and change management while building future-ready finance infrastructure. Her work bridges finance, technology, and operations driving compliance, efficiency, and strategic growth across the organization.

Moureen brings strong expertise in administration and customer service, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless client experience at Hekima Infinity. She supports project execution by managing internal workflows, streamlining communication, and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Known for her calm, detail-oriented approach, Moureen thrives in high-pressure environments and aligns day-to-day operations with strategic goals. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Justice and Security from Mount Kenya University, reinforcing her commitment to structure, compliance, and service excellence.

Giblert is a Part-time Consultant and Trainer at Hekima Infinity Limited with 7+ years of experience in accounting and finance within the consumer and industrial sectors. An accredited trainer since 2017, Gilbert is passionate about learning and development in business and accounting.

With experience across IT, advertising, and financial services, Brenda has worked in AI at ISAHIT and gained finance and accounting expertise through internships at 484Beyond LLC and John Cumming & Co.

Brenda specializes in crafting business proposals, conducting assurance services, and developing financial strategies. Proficient in financial tools like Excel and Zoho Books, she stays current with industry trends to deliver impactful results.

Emmanuel is a graduate in Economics and Finance and is passionate about financial services and information technology. Emmanuel gained valuable experience during his internship at KenGen Co., where he honed skills in general ledger management, report writing, and financial customer service.
