BACKGROUND

Noel is an accounting and finance professional with over 13 years' domestic and international experience, spanning various industries and sectors including financial services, consumer, industrial and public sector. His passion is  to enable clients solve complex finance and accounting problems.

 

Prior to forming Hekima Infinity, he worked in management consulting and banking, working for KPMG in East Africa and the United Kingdom (over 11 years) and Equity Group (almost 3 years). As the team leader, he holds the strategic vision of Hekima Infinity Limited and guides the team in  . . . .  He is also an accounting lecturer at theUnited States International University (USIU – Africa) based in Nairobi, Kenya.

• Implementing and training on technical accounting standards including but not limited to IFRS 9 and IFRS 16

• Conducting external/statutory audits

• Business performance management expertise including financial planning, analysis and reporting, business performance review, financial processes and controls, employee performance management

• Supporting Ethiopian banking sector in implementation of first time IFRS including IFRS 9 Financial Instruments.

• Set up and leading of finance function in a bank owned life insurance subsidiary

• Integration of merged banking business in DRC of one of the largest banking group in East and Central Africa
